The Conference of the Parties (COP) is the Annual Summit held by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) every year.
EUROCLIMA+, the European Union's flagship programme for climate change cooperation with Latin America and the Caribbean, has been present at several of these conferences through active participation in some panels and through sessions organised entirely by the Programme.
