The calls for proposals for SUMPs/pilot projects and NUMPs have been launched. The calls have been restricted to short-listed public entities nominated by the Latin American partner countries. For more information regarding the calls, please contact your Sectoral Focal Point – Urban Mobility (see http://www.euroclima.org/images/Publicaciones/urban-mobility/06-Puntos-Focales-Sectoriales_Movilidad-Urbana.pdf) or your National Focal Point of EUROCLIMA+.

EUROCLIMA program completes its activities with the publication of a Thematic Study on Climate Finance and NDCs in Latin America
The study "Climate finance and NDCs in Latin America: a guide to facilitate access to international sources" is number 10 of the series of Thematic Studies of the Technical Assistance of EUROCLIMA and provides key information on 25 of the main active sources in Latin America. In this way it is expected to support the implementation of climate actions within the framework of the NDCs.

EUROCLIMA presented partnerships for local climate action at Resilient Cities 2017
Resilient Cities 2017, the 8th Global Forum on Urban Resilience and Adaptation (RC2017) took place in Bonn, Germany, on 4-6 May. The congress brought together local leaders, academics, civil society and business leaders from around 50 countries. EUROCLIMA and Adapt-Chile participated presenting the results of their strategic partnership for local climate change planning.
European Union signs contracts of €37 million for implementation of EUROCLIMA+ programme to fight climate change in Latin America
The European Commission, on behalf of the European Union, signs today five contracts for a total amount of €37 million for the implementation of the new regional programme in support of environmental sustainability and climate change mitigation and adaption in Latin America.

On 7-8 June, Europe’s leading forum on international cooperation and development will launch its eleventh edition, which will include 21 high level panels, 55 lab debates, 32 project/report labs, 16 brainstorming sessions, 76 stands (including one shared stand of EUROCLIMA+ and LAIF), 16 Young Leaders and special events.
