Costa Rica’s President Luis Guillermo Solis announced on Monday 16 January that the country was aiming to achieve carbon neutrality by 2021.

Producers from the regions of Huánuco, Ucayali and San Martín (Peru) were trained in identifying good practices, barriers and opportunities for small-scale agriculture that favors adaptation to climate change.
