Contribute to reducing the risk of agricultural losses caused by drought, in a context of climate variability and change in the Bolivian-Peruvian Altiplano.
Direct beneficiaries: 40 officials of national public entities, of which 15 are women; 50 officials of sub-national public entities, of which 20 are women; 450 agricultural producers, of which 40% are women. Indirect beneficiaries: approximately 10,000 people in La Paz and 35,000 in Puno.
