Sector Eficiencia Energética: Un aprendizaje común en el marco de EUROCLIMA

El presente documento es una compilación de los aprendizajes y buenas prácticas de las iniciativas que forman parte del Sector de Eficiencia Energética del Programa EUROCLIMA. Para su elaboración se basó en los principales resultados de un proceso de sistematización e intercambio del primer encuentro sectorial de Eficiencia Energética del Programa EUROCLIMA en el Centro de Formación de la Cooperación Española en Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.
Dicho encuentro fue organizado Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional para el Desarrollo (AECID) y la Agencia Francesa de Desarrollo (AFD). El reporte pretende evidenciar y poner en valor la transformación, vinculada con la réplica y escalamiento de iniciativas relacionadas con la eficiencia energética a través de la gestión del conocimiento. Además, pretende generar insumos para esbozar lineamientos de marcos normativos y promover el fortalecimiento de capacidades en Latinoamérica con énfasis en reforzar los esfuerzos de mitigación y adaptación al cambio climático en el ámbito energético.

Nature-based Solutions have increasingly gained relevance in the field of climate action, and have been incorporated into countries' climate plans (Nationally Determined Contributions - NDCs).
NbS have played a central role in the discussions at the Conferences of the Parties (COPs) in recent years, especially at the COP 26 in Glasgow, Scotland. Despite the fact that NbS are widely recognized as effective measures to address the challenges associated with climate change, there are still some challenges to their implementation.
The technical document “Climate Vulnerability and Risks in the Agriculture Sector of Latin America” is part of the series of publications based on the webinars and round table discussions organized by the EUROCLIMA+ programme in the Resilient Food Production (RFP) sector.
