The workshop was focused in facilitating the exchange and discussion of previous and current experiences on these issues among the countries of the region and other interested organizations; in addition to derive lessons learned, best practices and recommendations for future work.
The event was organised in San Jose, Costa Rica, with the support and funding from the European Union through EUROCLIMA. The Team Leader of EUROCLIMA Technical Assistance, Johannes Karremans, also participated.
