How to educate on Climate Change?

Workshop to advance actions on education, communication and awareness of climate change under the framework of the National Policy on Climate Change

Last December 5, under the framework of the Climate Governance component of the EUROCLIMA+ Programme,  FIIAPP , as the coordinating agency of the component, sent Angélica Sáez from the Adriana Hoffmann Academy of the Chilean Ministry of the Environment to Montevideo (Uruguay) to participate in a workshop to advance actions on education, communication and awareness of climate change as part of the National Climate Change Policy.

Angélica talked about the experience in virtual educational resources referring to Climate Change. Among the points discussed, the difficulty of raising awareness and educating about the seriousness and urgency of the problem was highlighted, as well as the need to develop innovative strategies adapted for educational approaches.
