Josefina Chasqui Calle, cañahua producer of A.P.A.CH.I. commented "we feel proud that our cañahua produced with our own hands reaches Bolivians through products made by the Samiri Farm. Before, we did not have buyers of this magnitude, we sold by the bushel in small quantities and now we are motivated to continue producing in greater quantity and quality."

About the Resilients project

The Resilients project is implemented in Argentina and Colombia for the National Institute of Agricultural Technology and the Centre for Research on Sustainable Agricultural Production Systems. It aims to increase the resilience and adaptation of horticultural and livestock-based food production systems and the livelihoods of rural households in areas of high vulnerability to the negative effects of climate variability and changes.
