The Focal Points of the 18 Latin American countries reflected on the current state of the Programme, they exchanged the events and relevant news in the participating countries with a view to Rio+20, the LAC-UE Summit and the Second EUROCLIMA Seminar. Observations will also be made on the strengths and opportunities for EUROCLIMA from the present onwards.
